HOW TO ORDER

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on The Lion & The Lamb web site. Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. 

Step 1: Shopping Basket

The shopping cart contains all the items you selected while shopping. Now you can add or delete items, change quantities.

Step 2: Shipping and Billing

You are asked to provide your billing address as well as the shipping address for any gift recipients.

Step 3: Reviewing Your Order

Your order will be sorted by shipping address for your review. You can make changes or go ahead and place your order.

Step 4: Order Confirmation

A final summary and confirmation of your order appears.

Payment

The Lion & The Lamb accepts paypal payments and credit card payments from Visa and Master Card.

Sales Tax

The Lion & The Lamb is located in Michigan, and is required to collect  6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Michigan address. Those who live outside Michigan will not be charged sales tax by The Lion & The Lamb for orders placed on The Lion & The Lamb web site.

Please note that free shipping promotions apply only to “standard shipping charges”, based on the chart below.

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PROCESSING

Standard shipping charges are based on the total price of an order and outlined in the chart below.

Domestic Standard Delivery Charges  

Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and you may have to pay taxes, duties, and brokerage fees on these imports. The Lion & The Lamb is not responsible for these taxes, duties and/or fees. If you refuse an international package and we receive it back from the courier, you will be billed for any return shipping charges incurred. If you are interested in shipment by Parcel Post, please contact one of our Sales Representatives at sales@TheLionTheLamb.com. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Order Tracking

You can use: ORDER TRACKING

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS or DHL tracking number. The Lion & The Lamb has no control over the package once it has left our warehouse.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

We are proud of our The Lion & The Lamb collection and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All The Lion & The Lamb products are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly provide a merchandise refund, exchange or store credit for your order - within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be returned in original condition. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any monogrammed, personalized or sale items.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be in new condition with all original packaging. The exchange must be received by The Lion & The Lamb within 30 days of the original ship date. Please contact customercare@TheLionTheLamb.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and simply mail your items back.

Returns

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. Simply email us at customercare@TheLionTheLamb.com , within 10 business days and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved return, The Lion & The Lamb will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card or paypal account used for your purchase or ships the item you selected in exchange. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please include copy of original sales invoice with your return. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against lost or damage.

If you return an item after the 10 business day window, without a Return Authorization Number, and/or an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Returned items must be returned in new condition, with original tags/labels and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been washed, worn, soiled or damaged.

Also, if you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge; you will receive a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs.

Please note: All sales on discounted and sale items are final. Items purchased from retailers other than The Lion & The Lamb must be exchanged or returned through that location according to their policies.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Available in a range of denominations, from $25, $50, $75, $100, the Gift Certificate will arrive by email or mail in a special gift package that includes your personalized message. You may purchase The Lion & The Lamb Gift Certificate online. There is no shipping and processing charge for Gift Certificates by Standard Delivery (7-10 business days).

How Do I Redeem Gift Certificates?

To redeem a Gift Certificates online, enter the 16-digit card number and the 8-digit pin number in the "REDEEM GIFT CARDS OR PROMOTIONS" section on the Payment Information page during checkout. There will be the option to enter up to ten Gift Cards or merchandise credit cards per order, which will automatically be deducted from your total.
